I’m a transformational coach, speaker, and founder of Heart2Soul Legacy. With over a decade of experience, I blend biblical counseling, recovery, and leadership to help people heal emotionally, restore relationships, and step boldly into their purpose.
Emily Abod
I’m a creator, entrepreneur, and mental health advocate. As co-founder of Heart2Soul, I help people heal from mental health challenges, eating disorders, and addiction. A former phlebotomist turned strategist, I lead with authenticity, resilience, and compassion.
Tonya Goldston
As a survivor and trauma-informed coach, I help women reclaim their voice and rebuild trust after sexual trauma. Through compassionate, empowering support, I create safe spaces for healing, resilience, and restoration—whether in coaching sessions, group settings, or detention centers.
RJ Ross
As a designer and multimedia creative, I help emerging talent and small businesses build powerful personal brands. Through hands-on workshops, creative consulting, and mentorship, I break down barriers into creative fields and guide others toward purposeful, standout storytelling.
